Do you know any company in India employing a majority of specially-abled people for some of its operations?

This is one place of work where I always notice specially-abled people, doing their job efficiently.

The efficiency of the workers and the unique way of doing their work attracted my attention at this location. One day I decided to have a conversation with workers and to my surprise, I found seven out of ten workers to be specially abled.

Now, Besides the fuel quality, Shell’s policy of employing specially-abled people for front-end job makes this station a preferred destination for me to fuel my car in Ahmedabad. Today, I thought to share this example of inclusion.

If you are running a small or medium-scale company (msme ) in India, you might sustainably operate without such a policy of inclusion but this is what foreign investors expect from you as one of the indicators of esg.
