Application Stages:
It will be a three-step process as follows.

Step-2: Competency assessment through personal interaction on a video call or a suitable method, depending on the nature of the job.

Broad Scope of Work:

• Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet our communication objectives.
• Design and produce a wide range of visual materials, such as logos, brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the team for review and feedback.
• Work closely with website designers, social media managers, and other members of the creative team to develop high-quality visual assets.
• Use software such as Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator to create designs.

Desired Competency

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
