Why become a mentor or an advisor?

Being a mentor or an advisor with us, you can accelerate sustainable change for people and the planet. You can also contribute by sharing your insights and article to publish at ESG BROADCAST. In addition, it can help us mutually grow our network, and together we can bring synergy on sustainability topics. 

A brief of what we will expect from you and the Code of Conduct is provided in this form for your acceptance before submission. Your association with us will be voluntary. You are welcome to submit your profile here below. 

Note: We follow Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) which you may like to refer if your experience relates to the sub-sector of above industrial sectors.
Note: You can show your association with your existing organisation and with us simultaneously in the experience section on LinkedIn.
Our mentors and advisors programme is by invitation only. We invite visionary professionals with demonstrated experience in organisational building as a mentor with us. Our advisors possess expertise in specific industrial sectors or functional areas.

By submitting this form, you agree to keep the highest standards of ethics as a ‘Mentor’ or an ‘Advisor’ with us. We have adopted the standard Code of Conduct for Mentors developed by PMI, UK and expect you to follow the same.

What will it require after becoming a mentor or an advisor?

Being a Mentor with us will require you to donate about one hour every quarter for mutually scheduled meetings with the flag bearers in our team.

Being an Advisor with us will require you to dedicate at least one hour every month, or more if you wish to do so, for review and comment on ESG articles and expert advice when our team approach you.

To avoid conflict with your existing employment or any other kind of contract with any organisation, we take your association with us as a volunteer and pro-bono discharge of social responsibility by you without any binding financial or non-financial commitment. You shall be immune to any risk arising from our operations and free to disassociate yourself from us by giving intimation at our email displayed on the website.

When you Author and publish ESG thematic area articles on our website, it will be subject to our policy on publication risk and rights, which will be shared with you for acceptance as and when required.
