Broadcast Your ESG

ESG Broadcast is an editorially independent publication. We do not sell coverage. We do not publish paid press releases, sponsored briefs, or promotional content presented as editorial.

Broadcast Your ESG is our open submission channel for verified ESG disclosures, regulatory responses, and sustainability initiatives from Indian companies, MSMEs, financial institutions, and ESG practitioners — reviewed and published entirely on editorial merit, at no charge.

What we consider for publication

We accept submissions in the following areas:

  • Regulatory filings and BRSR disclosures — If your company has filed a BRSR report, published a sustainability disclosure, or responded to a SEBI, MCA, or RBI circular, we want to know about it. Material disclosures from listed companies are particularly relevant.
  • Standards adoption — If your organisation has adopted GRI, ISSB, TCFD, CDP, or another recognised framework, and can point to a verifiable disclosure, we cover that.
  • ESG governance changes — Board-level sustainability committee formations, ESG policy adoptions, or material governance changes backed by a public filing or announcement.
  • Sustainable finance transactions — Green bond issuances, ESG-linked loan agreements, or sustainability-linked instruments with verifiable terms filed with a regulator or exchange.
  • Climate and nature commitments — Science-based targets, net zero declarations, or biodiversity commitments anchored to a public document.
  • MSME and supply chain ESG — Verified ESG initiatives from MSMEs within listed company supply chains, where the initiative is documented and traceable.

What we do not publish

We do not publish:

  • Press releases written to promote a product, service, or brand image without a verifiable regulatory or disclosure anchor
  • ESG ratings, rankings, or scoring of any company
  • Forward-looking sustainability claims that are not anchored to a filed or published commitment
  • Content from organisations that do not disclose their identity and relationship to the subject matter
  • Duplicate or repurposed content already published elsewhere in identical form

How the process works

  1. Submit your disclosure — Complete the submission form below with your contact details, organisation name, and a link to the primary source document (regulatory filing, exchange disclosure, published report, or official press release).
  2. Editorial review — Our editorial team reviews every submission against the primary source. We verify the facts, check for compliance with our editorial policy, and assess relevance to our readership.
  3. Publication decision — If the submission meets our editorial standards, we publish an intelligence brief based on the disclosed information. We do not guarantee publication of every submission. We do not give timelines for review.
  4. Attribution — Published briefs carry a source citation and, where appropriate, an acknowledgement that the information was submitted by the organisation. We do not publish the submitted text verbatim — we write our own brief based on the verified facts.

This is not a paid service

ESG Broadcast does not charge for editorial coverage. We do not offer paid packages, sponsored placements, or guaranteed publication. If you are looking for paid content distribution, this channel is not the right fit.

We do offer disclosed sponsorship opportunities for organisations whose work is aligned with the ESG and sustainability sector. Sponsorships are separate from editorial coverage and are clearly identified as such. For sponsorship enquiries, write to [email protected].

Submit your ESG disclosure

To submit a disclosure or initiative for editorial consideration, write to [email protected] with the subject line Broadcast Your ESG and include:

  • Your name, organisation, and role
  • A one-paragraph summary of the disclosure or initiative
  • A link to the primary source document
  • Any relevant dates (filing date, announcement date, effective date)

We read every submission. We respond only if we proceed to publication.
