Editorial Policy

Effective date: June 2026

Who we are

ESG Broadcast is an independent ESG intelligence publication, published by InCircularity Pro LLP (Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India — CIN ACF-6555). We publish intelligence briefs, regulatory updates, standards and frameworks analysis, and data-backed ESG insights for listed companies, financial institutions, MSMEs, and ESG practitioners in India.

ESG Broadcast's technology partner is InCircularity Systems, which also operates GOVERNiC, BFSIdecarb, WhizzX, and the InC ESG Protocol; our knowledge partner is JointValues ESG Services Pvt. Ltd. These partnerships are disclosed on every piece of content published on this platform. Our editorial positions and factual reporting are not determined by the commercial interests of our partners or their affiliated products.

What we publish

We publish intelligence briefs of 200 to 400 words anchored to a specific regulatory notification, standards update, company disclosure, or verified data point. We do not publish opinion columns, sponsored articles presented as editorial content, or content that cannot be traced to a primary source. Every intelligence brief identifies its source. Where the source is a regulatory circular, we link to the official government or regulatory body publication. Where the source is a company filing, we link to the exchange or regulatory database where the filing is publicly accessible.

How our content is produced

Every article published on ESG Broadcast goes through a human editorial layer before it reaches the reader. Our editorial team uses technology-assisted drafting tools to generate structured first drafts from verified public sources. A human editor then reviews, edits, and approves every draft — checking factual accuracy, source integrity, tone, and compliance with this policy. No content is published automatically or without human sign-off. The editor holds final responsibility for every piece that appears on this platform.

Where technology assistance has been used in producing a brief, a disclosure note appears at the bottom of the article. Content written entirely by a named human contributor carries the contributor's name and designation instead.

What we do not publish

We do not publish content that promotes a specific company's products or services without disclosure. We do not publish ESG ratings, scores, or rankings of specific companies — we report on publicly disclosed data and regulatory filings, not on proprietary assessments. We do not republish press releases verbatim. We do not publish forward-looking statements about company performance or investment suitability. We are not an ESG Rating Provider as defined under SEBI's ESG Rating Provider Regulations 2023, and nothing on this platform constitutes an ESG rating or investment advice.

Corrections and updates

If we publish information that is factually incorrect, we correct it promptly. Corrections are noted at the bottom of the original article with the date of correction and a clear statement of what was corrected. We do not silently delete or alter published articles. If a source document is withdrawn or corrected by the issuing authority, we update the article to reflect this and note the change.

Sponsorship and commercial relationships

ESG Broadcast may carry disclosed sponsorship from organisations whose work is relevant to the ESG and sustainability sector. Sponsors are identified clearly as sponsors. Sponsor relationships do not influence editorial decisions, article selection, or the content of any published piece. Sponsors do not review or approve editorial content before publication. If a sponsor's product or initiative is referenced in an editorial piece, that piece carries a disclosure note stating the sponsorship relationship.

ESG Broadcast does not carry programmatic display advertising.

ESG Milestone Submissions

India-listed companies that have achieved a verified ESG milestone — including but not limited to SBTi target approval, TNFD Early Adopter status, CDP A-score, VCMI claims, B Corp certification, EcoVadis Gold or Platinum, BRSR Core assurance, ISO 14001 certification, or UN Global Compact active signatory status — may submit their milestone for editorial consideration through our Broadcast Your ESG form.

How verification works. Every submission must include a URL from the originating initiative's public registry or an equivalent credible source showing the company's name. Our editorial team runs an initial source check against that URL, then a human editor independently reviews both the URL and the source check result before any publication decision is made. We do not publish on the basis of the automated source check alone — the human editor's assessment is the deciding step.

What we publish. If a submission is verified and accepted, we publish an editorial brief based on the company's disclosed information and the verified source — not the submission text verbatim. The article is written by our editorial team. The submitter's company name is attributed; personal contact details are not published.

What we do not publish. We do not publish unverified claims. We do not publish submissions where the provided URL does not show the company's name in relation to the claimed milestone. We do not publish submissions from companies that cannot be identified as India-incorporated or India-listed entities. We do not guarantee publication of any submission.

No payment. ESG Broadcast does not charge for milestone coverage. Publication is on editorial merit only.

Complaints and feedback

Readers who believe a published piece contains a factual error, a disclosure gap, or a breach of this policy may write to [email protected] with the subject line "Editorial Complaint." We aim to respond within five working days.
